TAMPA, FL – Two southbound lanes of I-75 south of Fowler Ave were blocked by a traffic accident Monday, Fox 13 Traffic reports.

Traffic was backed up to Bruce B Downs Blvd, about five miles north of the crash, by 8:32 a.m.
