News: Troopers respond to hit-and-run near East Ybor
TAMPA, FL – A hit-and-run collision was reported at N 22nd St and 11th Ave Tuesday, according to FHP.
Troopers were dispatched to the wreck around 2:24 p.m. They arrived at the scene of the accident around 3:28 p.m.
