Emily Tramont, a native of Florida, was born and raised in Miami where she attended Gulliver Preparatory before attending Wellesley College in Massachusetts. Ms. Tramont earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History with a minor in Economics. While attending Wellesley, Ms. Tramont played tennis competitively on the college’s Division III team.
After taking a year off to work as a volunteer for Americorps at The Boys and Girls Club of Central Wyoming, Ms. Tramont, who knew she wanted to become an attorney from a young age, received her Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. Following law school, Emily worked on the insurance defense side of personal injury litigation, where she gained valuable insight prior to moving to the plaintiff side.
As a young lawyer, Emily successfully tried Civil Jury Trials leading to thousands of dollars recovered for her clients.
Ms. Tramont has spent over 8 years learning all aspects of insurance claims, involving catastrophic and wrongful death, nursing home abuse, slip and fall accidents, dog bites, premises liability, negligent security, as well as claims involving defective products.
When she’s not working, Ms. Tramont is an avid and passionate animal advocate and art enthusiast. She continues to enjoy playing tennis and can often be found at the beach with her family and beloved dog.
