SARASOTA COUNTY, FL – One person was hospitalized following a car accident in Sarasota County Monday night, WWSB reports.
Emergency crews responded to the scene in the area of Hatchett Creek Boulevard and Derbyshire Drive at 6:37 p.m. following a report that a car had gone into the water.
A person was transported to Sarasota Memorial Hospital after the incident, but no details were immediately available on the person’s condition.
There was no word on whether anyone else was injured, or what may have caused the crash.
