The Florida State Patrol said the victim was a 20-year-old Zephyrhills woman who was driving at a high rate of speed. Troopers said she was driving west on County Line Road at about 9:45 p.m. when the car lost traction on the wet road just east of Solitude Drive and started to rotate.
