HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL – Authorities are trying to track down the driver involved in a hit-and-run incident that injured a child in Hillsborough County Thursday morning.
This is an update to a previous story.
According to WTSP, the 9-year-old boy was hit by a car at about 6 a.m. as he was waiting for a school bus on West Lake Drive in Wimauma. He was hospitalized with head injuries.
