
PASCO COUNTY, FL – State troopers responded to a fatal car accident in Pasco County on Friday, according to the Tampa Bay Times.
The Florida Highway Patrol said a driver lost control of his sedan while traveling on U.S. Highway 98 shortly before 5 p.m. The car crashed into a guardrail on the highway and flipped over. The driver, a 28-year-old man from Dade City, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The FHP is trying to determine what led to the crash. The victim’s name has not yet been released.
