TAMPA, FL – Police were at the scene of a deadly crash near Tampa International Airport Sunday morning, according to WTSP.
The incident took place on the Veterans Expressway at the George J. Bean Parkway exit. At least one person died, but no details were released on the person killed or the circumstances surrounding the accident.
All lanes of the Veterans Expressway were closed in the area of the crash while the scene was being cleared. The roadway was reopened by 11 a.m.
