
ST. PETERSBURG, FL – According to WFLA, police arrested a female driver for attempted murder after she allegedly hit a bicyclist on Emerson Ave South on purpose Monday.
Breasia Marie Niblack, 18, collided with the victim while she was riding her bicycle on the sidewalk at around 8:34 a.m. First responders transported the victim to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Authorities say the two women knew each other before the collision and charged Niblack with attempted murder in the second degree.
