Acceptance of Terms

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or your use of kemplaw.com shall be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Such arbitration shall take place in Florida.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions.

General Provisions

If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. The failure of Kemp Law Group to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Kemp Law Group regarding the use of kemplaw.com and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings regarding the same.

Effective Date

This Agreement is effective as of July 1 2024.
