HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FL – WTSP reports that a hit-and-run driver fatally collided with a man on US 92 sometime Tuesday.
The 56-year-old victim was working on a disabled vehicle in the westbound lanes of US 92 when the driver struck him.
Troopers describe the suspect’s vehicle as a tan 199-2002 Grand Mercury with front-end damage and missing tail light. They encourage anyone with information concerning the collision to contact them immediately.
The exact location on US 92 where the collision took place is unclear at this time.
