CLEARWATER, FL – According to Patch, a person was hurt when two boats collided on Thursday near Clearwater Beach.
The Coast Guard was dispatched to the scene of the accident around 7 a.m. When they arrived, they found four people wearing life jackets on the two vessels. One of the boats was 32 ft long and the other was 18 ft.
The crew transported three people back to shore, where medical personnel was waiting on them.
Additional details, such as the cause of the wreck and the injured party’s condition, are not available at this time.
