SPRING HILL, FL – A driver died following a collision at Mariner Blvd and Elgin Blvd Monday, WFLA reports.
A 57-year-old male was driving north on Mariner Blvd at a high rate of speed when they lost control of their vehicle and strayed into the southbound lanes of traffic. He struck multiple objects, including a light pole, pedestrian signal, and control box.
First responders were called to the scene of the accident around 1:40 a.m. They pronounced the victim dead at the scene of the accident.
