
TAMPA, FL – According to WFTS Tampa Bay, one suspect has died and another has been hospitalized following a police chase that ended on the Howard Frankland Bridge.
Police attempted to stop a speeding vehicle but the car drove off. The vehicle then crashed into other cars on the bridge.
Two people exited the fleeing vehicle and jumped off the bridge. Joshua Reed-Action, 18, was hospitalized following the incident, and the other suspect, Jackson Torren, 16, drowned.
Police say they found “large amounts” of money and drugs in the suspect’s vehicle.
