PEDESTRIAN ACCIDENTS

PLANT CITY, FL – A pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle on State Road 60 east of Brandon yesterday evening, WTSP reports.
Police say the victim, a 47-year-old Plant City man, stepped in front of an oncoming vehicle near the highway’s intersection with Turkey Creek Road at about 6:30 p.m. Monday. He died at the scene of the crash.
Neither he nor the 19-year-old woman driving the vehicle have been identified at this time.
