
ST. PETERSBURG, FL – Two people were injured in a multi-vehicle crash involving a St. Petersburg patrol car, ABC Action News reports.
The accident happened Thursday morning at the intersection of 1st Avenue North and 28th Street North. The police SUV was involved in the crash with a pickup truck and a Mini Cooper.
The police officer driving the SUV and the driver of the pickup sustained minor injuries and were taken to an area hospital. No details have been released on the circumstances surrounding the accident.
