5 injured following rollover crash on Lithia Pinecrest Rd

LITHIA, FL – Five people were injured in a rollover crash involving a pickup truck on Lithia Pinecrest Rd Sunday, according to HCFR.

#HCFR performed a difficult extrication of a trapped patient at a rollover crash off Lithia Pinecrest Rd. this morning. A pickup truck had left the roadway, struck a TECO line & ended up on its side. Emergency crews treated three people at the scene and transported two people to area hospitals.

Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
