
BROOKSVILLE, FL – A motorcycle rider was killed when he crashed in Hernando County on Sunday, according to the Tampa Bay Reporter.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the incident happened in the area of Culbreath Road and Race Horse Lane in Brooksville. The 29-year-old man was going north on Culbreath Road when he went off the road after heading into a curve.
The motorcyclist, a Brooksville resident, was thrown from the vehicle and was later pronounced dead at an area hospital. His identity has not yet been released.
