
BROOKSVILLE, FL – A teenager died Sunday from injuries sustained in a collision with a tree on US-41 last Tuesday.
According to the Tampa Bay Times , the accident happened at approximately 1 p.m. last Tuesday, when the driver of a car in which the deceased was a passenger missed a turn near Lakeside Drive and crashed into a tree.
Both the driver and passenger were teenagers and sustained critical injuries. The passenger passed away on Sunday due to her injuries.
The condition of the driver is unknown at this time.
