
SAN ANTONIO, FL – A driver was hurt after colliding with a bus that pulled out in front of them Wednesday on FL 52 near Old Tampa Bay Dr, WTSP reports.
The 59-year-old woman driver was heading east on FL 52 when the school bus drove into its path around 6 a.m. The driver became trapped in her car, which was wedged underneath the bus. She was taken to the hospital once emergency crews extricated her from her vehicle.
Neither the 50-year-old female bus driver nor the 35-year-old woman passenger was injured in the collision.
