TAMPA, FL – According to Fox 13 Traffic, a car accident blocked two westbound lanes of traffic on the Howard Frankland Bridge Friday.
Dispatchers received calls concerning the wreck around 6:45 a.m.
It is unclear exactly where on the bridge the incident happened.
