PASCO COUNTY, FL – Pasco Fire Rescue tweeted that it was at the scene of a severe traffic crash on Thursday afternoon.
The incident happened on U.S. 301 at Centennial Road in Dade City, and was reported shortly after 12:30 p.m. No details were released about what caused the crash.
Rescue crews reported that six people were injured, and requested five medical helicopters to the scene to transport those who were hurt. Drivers were advised to avoid the area.
