PASCO COUNTY, FL – A driver is facing charges after being involved in a fatal multi-vehicle crash in Pasco County, Patch.com reported.

23-year-old Cameron Stephen Frahn of Tarpon Springs was arrested in connection with the accident on State Road 54 near Oak Grove Boulevard Sunday at about 4:30 p.m.

The Florida Highway Patrol said Frahn was driving a pickup truck when he crashed into the rear of an SUV, which then hit a car. The car and the SUV had both been slowing up for traffic when they were struck by the pickup.

A 79-year-old Lutz woman who was a passenger in the SUV was pronounced dead at an area hospital. The 63-year-old SUV driver was seriously hurt.

Frahn was charged with DUI manslaughter along with marijuana possession and firearm possession charges.
