LARGO, FL – A driver who got out of his vehicle following a crash in Largo last week was struck by another vehicle and critically injured, according to the Tampa Bay Reporter.
Police said the initial incident happened when the driver caused a rear-end collision on Seminole Boulevard south of Ulmerton Road last Friday at about 8:30 p.m.
When the driver got out moments later and walked into traffic in the southbound lanes of Seminole Boulevard, he was struck and was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Police did not release the man’s identity. The first crash resulted in minor injuries.
