
ST. PETERSBURG, SC – A driver fatally collided with a pedestrian on 62nd Ave near Dr. MLK St Saturday, according to WTSP.
The 24-year-old driver of a Chevrolet Cruze was driving east on 62nd Ave when he collided with a 52-year-old man and a 53-year-old woman as they were crossing the street around 10:30 a.m.
First responders pronounced the man dead at the scene and transported the woman to an area hospital with serious injuries.
It is unclear whether or not the driver will face any charges.
