PASCO COUNTY, FL – State troopers say a driver crashed into a gym in Pasco County and then left the scene, according to ABC Action News.

The incident, which was captured on video, occurred at a CycleBar gym in the area of State Road 54 and Little Road shortly after midnight Wednesday. The Florida Highway Patrol said the driver of an SUV slammed into the front of the studio, backed out into the parking lot and then drove off. The vehicle was last seen heading west on Bear Landing Way. It is believed to have been a Ford Explorer that likely has significant front-end damage.

No one was inside at the time and no injuries were reported in the incident. The gym’s general manager said they are assessing the damage while deciding when the facility would be able to reopen.

Anyone with information about the crash or the driver was asked to contact the FHP.
