Driver struck, killed pedestrian on Highland Oak Dr

TAMPA, FL – According to WFLA, a driver fatally collided with a pedestrian on the 9400 block of Highland Oak Dr Thursday.

Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.
