
TAMPA, FL – According to WFLA, a driver fatally collided with a pedestrian on US Hwy 301 near Valletta Dr Friday.
The 23-year-old driver hit the victim, an unidentified 20-year-old woman, when she stepped into the vehicle’s path around 5:45 a.m.
First responders pronounced the woman dead at the scene of the accident. The driver was not hurt in the collision.
