
GIBSONTON, FL – A male passenger died when an SUV crashed on I-75 SB and Gibsonton Dr Friday morning, according to the Tampa Bay Times.
The SUV was on southbound I-75 at around 7:10 a.m. when the driver crashed, ejecting one of its four passengers. The passenger who was ejected died.
First responders transported the SUV driver to an area hospital in serious condition. The other three occupants of the vehicle suffered minor injuries in the wreck.
Authorities have not released the names of those involved in the wreck.
