Firefighters respond to multi-vehicle crash on Howard Frankland Bridge

TAMPA, FL – A multi-vehicle collision blocked northbound traffic on the Howard Frankland Bridge Tuesday, according to WFLA.

Emergency crews responded to the incident around 6 a.m.
