Hit-and-run injury accident reported on Fl A1A at Corona Rd

POINTE VERDA BEACH, FL – At least one person was hurt in a hit-and-run collision at Florida A1A and Corona Rd Tuesday, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of the accident at 1:01 p.m. They set up a roadblock after they arrived at the crash site at 1:36 p.m.

Officials have not released information concerning the cause of the incident. The current condition of the victim or victims is unknown at this time.
