TAMPA, FL – A two-vehicle accident caused the closure of a portion of West Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa Wednesday morning, WFLA reports.
Tampa police said the crash occurred at 6:45 a.m. and resulted in injuries, though no information was available yet on who was injured or what led to the incident.
The eastbound lanes of West Hillsborough Avenue were shut down at the intersection with N. Armenia Avenue, and drivers were advised to seek alternate routes in order to avoid the area.
