Man dies after exiting moving vehicle on I-275

TAMPA, FL – A man was fatally struck by a driver after exiting a moving vehicle on I-275 Saturday, Local 10 reports.

According to FHP, Toshia Lizette Caldwell, 38, hit the victim. Police arrested Caldwell after the collision on charges of DUI.
