
BRADENTON, FL – A man has died from injuries suffered in a pedestrian accident in Bradenton, according to WWSB.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the 24-year-old man was hit by a car Jan. 3 as he was walking in the travel lane of US-41 northbound. A car going north struck him near 51st Avenue Drive.
The man, whose name was not released, was critically injured and taken to Blake Medical Facility. He passed away on Monday.
The FHP is continuing its investigation into the crash.
