
PASCO COUNTY, FL – The Florida Highway Patrol said a pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle in Pasco County late Friday night, according to Fox 13 News.
Troopers said the 30-year-old victim was walking west across U.S. 301 near Kossik Road when he entered the path of a northbound SUV at about 11:20 p.m. The pedestrian, a Zephyrhills resident, was struck by the vehicle and was pronounced dead after being rushed to a local hospital.
The pedestrian and the 67-year-old Tampa man driving the SUV were not identified.
