TAMPA, FL – According to WTSP, a driver fatally collided with a person walking near North Dale Mabry Hwy and West Kennedy Blvd Sunday.
The collision happened sometime Sunday evening. First responders pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
Authorities do not believe impairment was a factor in the crash.
