Staircase collapse kills 1 person on Enterprise Rd

CLEARWATER, FL – According to Bay News 9, a person is dead following a staircase collapse at Parking Garage A on 2575 Enterprise Rd Monday.

Rescue crews were called to the scene around 12:20. Officials say four landings collapsed, trapping a worker in the rubble.

The incident is under investigation by Clearwater Fire Rescue.
