Troopers investigate fatal collision on Howard Frankland Bridge

TAMPA, FL – Authorities discovered the body of a 21-year-old man in Tampa Bay Monday, according to ABC Action News.

Troopers were able to link the body to a Lexus sedan found on the emergency shoulder of I-275 SB that hit a bridge barrier wall.

It is unclear how the body ended up in Tampa Bay following the crash.

Authorities have not released the name of the victim.
