
ST PETERSBURG, FL – A driver fatally struck a pedestrian at 1st Ave South and 5th St South Monday, according to WTSP.
The driver of a brown Nissan Sentra struck the victim, a 76-year-old woman, as she was crossing the street. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the police following the collision.
Authorities have not released the names of those involved in the crash.
